Pelvic Floor

EMSella.

Non-invasive pelvic floor restoration. Sit fully clothed for 28 minutes — and let the equivalent of 11,000 Kegels do the work.

How it works

11,000 Kegels in one sitting.

EMSella uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic technology (HIFEM) to stimulate deep contractions across the entire pelvic floor — restoring strength, support, and control.

No disrobing. No medication. No downtime. Walk in, sit down, walk out.

EMSella is FDA-cleared for the treatment of urinary incontinence — including incontinence secondary to postpartum, postmenopausal, or post-surgical changes — on the strength of the clinical trials behind that indication. Our physicians also apply it off-label where evidence and clinical experience support it: sexual health for women and men, pelvic pain, endometriosis, prostate enlargement, recovery after prostate surgery, and erectile dysfunction. Those uses are noted as off-label, and individual results vary.

Who it's for

A quiet fix for a common problem.

Urinary Incontinence

Stress, urge, and mixed incontinence — for women and men.

Postpartum Recovery

Restore core and pelvic strength after childbirth.

Intimate Wellness

Improved tone, sensation, and confidence.

Often paired with EMSculpt Neo (our Core to Floor program): strengthening the pelvic floor and abdominal core together supports relief of acute and chronic back pain, balance, and stability — especially after surgery or where fall risk is rising. Each device contributes on its own; combined, the effect is synergistic. Off-label use, noted plainly — individual results vary.

A session

28 minutes. Fully clothed.

A full course is six sessions, scheduled weekly or twice-weekly. Post-surgical courses can be as short as four sessions; longer-term deconditioning may take eight to twelve weeks. In our experience many patients notice improvement after the first treatment — response is individual, and results may vary.
