Dr. Ryan Arnold is the founder of Clava Health, an integrative and functional medicine practice that focuses on preventative medicine, longevity, and finding the root cause of illness so patients are empowered to change the trajectory of their healthspan.
After 25 years of treating patients in the emergency room, Dr. Arnold came to understand that doctors are not trained in the prevention of chronic disease and health crises — only to respond to symptoms after disease has already taken hold. Not content to work within a broken system, in 2019 he founded Longevity Innovations to practice preventative and integrative medicine. In 2022, Dr. Arnold opened Clava Health in Thousand Oaks, expanding into Santa Barbara with Clava Health Longevity Lab in 2023.
